We believe in transparent pricing. Here's what's separate:
Hardware
Desk phones are a separate one-time purchase ($75-350 per phone). Use existing phones, buy new ones, or skip them entirely and use the apps.
International calling
Billed per minute at competitive rates. Most practices rarely need it, so we don't bundle it into the base price.
Toll-free numbers
Available if you need them. Additional monthly fee plus per-minute inbound charges.
Fax services
Fax is separate: $15/month for fax-to-email or $49/month with a physical fax machine.

Are there any setup fees?
No. Setup, configuration, and training are included. We want switching to be easy, not expensive.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Service is month-to-month. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you into a contract.
What if I need to add or remove users?
Add or remove users anytime. Billing adjusts automatically. No penalties, no hassle.
Are there overage charges?
Domestic calling is truly unlimited—no overages. International calls are billed per minute, but rates are clearly published and there are no surprises.
Is there a minimum number of users?
No minimum. Whether you have 2 users or 200, the price is $25/user/month.
Do I pay for the mobile and desktop apps?
No. The apps are included for every user at no extra cost.
What about taxes and fees?
Like all phone services, there are regulatory fees and taxes that vary by location. We pass these through at cost with no markup. Typically adds 10-15% to the base price.
Can I keep my existing phone numbers?
Yes. Number porting is included at no charge. We handle the paperwork and coordination with your old provider.
What's included in 'ongoing support'?
Phone and email support for any questions or issues. Configuration changes. Troubleshooting. Training for new staff. We're here to help—it's part of the service.
